Anyone else a fan of this amazing man?

If you don't recognise him by name he is the ex lead singer/songwriter of both the Housemartins and the Beautiful South and is currently pursuing a solo career.

Gosh TBS are one of my all time favourite bands. I haven't paid much attention though since they broke up. I still love all the old CD's, some more some less. Paul Heaton is an incredbly clever artist. Perhaps I should check out some of his more recent material.

There was a dream that we both used to share
And we swore we would never wake
Now the dream's a nightmare,
and the truth to be fair
Is that dreaming was the first mistake.

We have very similar taste in music so far...  ;D

I haven't paid attention to the rest of them since they broke up (but that's another story ) well except Paul and Dave Rotheray. Paul's solo stuff is great. I'd say it might take a hardcore TBS fan a few listens to get used to the difference, but it's worth it.

I have a ton of stuff I can share with you.
