Members list cleanup

There were a lot of members in our database with invalid e-mail addresses which give us error notifications every time we send out mass mails. Most of these members hadn't logged in to the forum since some time in 2006, some had never logged in at all, so we decided to remove those.
Just in case you are one of them (check the members list) and haven't logged in for a long time - feel free to re-register if you were removed, but please make sure your e-mail address is valid. Thank you!

I will remove some more members this month who have not logged on in years, have not posted, and whose e-mail addresses are no longer valid.
